To avoid disappointment booking is recommended.
With a reservation we require a deposit of 25%.

Reservations:

A reservation is valid after a deposit of 25% of the total to bankgiro 347-7262 indicating your name. You will receive an email with confirmation number after we received the payment.

Now your reservation is valid.
At the check-in you pay the remaining amount of your stay. NB: No card payments.

Cancellation:

When you cancel your stay more then 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded with deduction of SEK 50, – for administration costs. Upon cancellation within 30 days until the day before arrival, refund of the reservation costs is not possible. Cancellation from the day before arrival means the total sum must be paid.

The stay:

Overnight price is the price per night per room, including bed linen.
The price includes weekly change of linen.
Cleaning is within “reasonable” use included in the price. Otherwise SEK 150 per room.
Shared toilet and shower.
Full kitchen available.
